A Lord’s Affliction by Angelina Jameson is a beautiful story of hurt, hope, and love. I had the pleasure of reading both books in this series and highly recommend them both.

Review
Both Cameron and Emma are so very lovely. Cameron got badly hurt in an accident and ended up getting addicted to opium. Emma, having learned about medicinal remedies from her apothecary father, was in a position to help him and, at the same time, look for more information about her family secrets.

I love how their relationship evolved. The friendship was palpable, their mutual admiration so very charming.
I can’t wait to read the next installment in this love series.
Great read!
